Each session is a personalized, one-on-one experience. We begin by discussing your skin history, goals, and the analysis data from your intake form. You’ll then receive expert guidance, tailored product recommendations, and a customized plan for your healthiest skin.

How can I prepare for my consultation?

Complete your client intake form at least 24 hours before your appointment. This includes:

  • A clear, makeup-free photo of your skin (natural lighting recommended).

  • A photo of your current skincare products.

This allows me to analyze your needs in advance and maximize our session time.

Are products included in the consultation fee?

Your consultation includes expert advice and a tailored skincare plan. Product purchases are optional and sold separately. Your plan includes direct links to purchase recommendations. Implement within 2 weeks for optimal results.

What’s the difference between a first-time consultation and a follow-up?

  • First-Time Consultation: Comprehensive review of your skin, history, and goals (for new clients).

  • Follow-Up: Progress tracking, routine adjustments, or addressing changes (e.g., seasonality, new treatments) for existing clients.

How often should I book a follow-up?

Every 6–8 weeks is ideal for most clients to track progress. We’ll adjust this timeline during your session based on your skin’s unique needs. Schedule sooner if introducing new products or noticing changes.

Can I get a refund if I miss my appointment?

Consultation fees are non-refundable. To reschedule:

  • Provide 24+ hours notice: No fee.

  • Under 24 hours: Rescheduling may be subject to a 50% fee.
